About us

Stunt Double is a Rochester based band that can entertain any audience! Influenced by Soul, Blues, Funk and Jazz; this group will be sure to keep the crowd moving and grooving all night long. Each member utilizes their talents to help form a tight sound that is a musical force to be reckoned with. Outside of Rochester, they’ve graced stages at Turning Stone and Seneca Niagara Casino. Other local events they’ve played include the Rochester Lilac Festival (2023,2025), Corn Hill Arts Festival (2024) and the Flower City Thaw (2025).

Stunt Double will make their debut at Jack Rabbit out in Buffalo, NY! Expect all those funky tunes to keep you moving and grooving on the dance floor. Only a $5 cover for folks 21 and up! Music starts at 9pm!

We’re thrilled to bring our funky tunes to ZooBrew this year! Get those tickets early for 2026’s first installment of this event at the Seneca Park Zoo. We’ll have a 9 piece band with tons of songs to keep those spirits high! Music starts at 5:30pm!

Summer is heating up and this gig is not the one to miss. We’ll be making our debut at the Public Market for Bands on the Bricks. Music starts at 5:30pm and we’re opening for our friends BBDang. This is a free, all ages events so bring those lawn chairs, friends and let’s bring the funk to downtown Rochester!

We’re finally making our return back to the Turquoise Tiger. This 1940’s Noir inspired lounge provides an elevated experience at Turning Stone Resort & Casino. Join us for a classy night featuring those funk, blues and jazz song you know and love! (9pm-12am)

August is kicking off with another debut and this time at Aurora Brewing Company! Our 6 piece band will be rocking the house with all those classic songs from artists like Stevie Wonder, Sade, Prince and more. This is a free event with music from 6-9pm!

August is still going strong with a return to one of our favorite summer spots: Marge’s Lakeside Inn! This unique venue has a private beach, live music and those popular "fun bags!” Arrive early because this gig filled up and sold out last year. 21+ only with a door cover!

Backwoods at Kettle Ridge Farms has quickly become one of Rochester’s popular live music spots in the summer and early fall. We’re honored to have a spot on this years music lineup so don’t miss this special debut show. Featuring the 6 piece band, it’s gonna be a funk filled summer night! Stunt Double will make their debut at Seneca Alegany Resort & Casino! This event is free to attend for those 21 and older. This will feature the 7 piece band playing those funk, disco and jazz classics to keep you dancing all night long! Music starts at 7pm and ends at 11!

We can’t wait to return to the Irondequoit Gazebo Stage at Town Hall for an Oktoberfest performance! This all ages event is free and will feature the 6 piece band! Irondequoit shows are always a great time so don’t miss out on this one!

The Purple Painted Lady is one of Palmyra’s most popular September events and we can’t wait to make our debut this year! We’re playing tunes bright and early starting at 9am. Our 7 piece band will play a mix of funk, blues, jazz and other tunes keeping you dancing into the early afternoon! This event is for all ages!
